Water, malt, hops and yeast. Four simple yet magical ingredients that are combined to make our refreshing Cerveza Pilsner. This beer is fermented at lower temperatures to drive the fruity ester profile while balancing the rich malt and citrusy hop attributes to deliver a crisp, balanced and invigorating beer.
Brewed with 100% 2-row pale and caramel malts, bittering hops and generous amounts of estate grown Saaz hops. Cerveza Pilsner is totally hand crafted in small batches in our seven-barrel copper system.
Brewed with all natural malted barley, wheat, estate grown hops and selected yeast to bring you a refreshing Bavarian style Hefeweizen cerveza.
Our Jefeweizen is brewed with 55% 2-row pale malt, 45% malted wheat, and a generous amount of caramel malt to give the beer a rich coral. The selected Bavarian yeast strain imparts awesome banana fruit esters with hints of clove and spice on the palate complementing the body and hop profile of this flavorful and citrusy unfiltered wheat beer.
The Morena Ale is an amber ale brewed with 100% 2-row malts, an abundance of caramel malt, bittering hops, generous amounts of estate grown Saaz and noble hops.
This cerveza is hand crafted in small batches in our seven-barrel copper brewing system creating a dark golden color that complements the higher malt profile, piney floral hop layers and full creamy body of this delicious, flavorful and clean unfiltered amber ale beer.
The Carneros India Pale Ale showcases our estate grown hops and diverse 80 IBUs hop profile packed into a full-body, malty and well balanced cerveza. You will sense the rich floral piney bouquet while enjoying a full flavor mid-palate with hints of malty sweetness and overall balance.
Hand crafted with 100% 2-row pale malt with hints of caramel malts brewed in small batches using selected bittering hops and an abundance of estate grown Saaz and other noble hops.
Inspired by dark German lagers, our Negra IPA is a true dunkel beer crafted using 100% 2-row, Munich, caramel and dark roasted malts brewed in small batches. Select bittering and estate grown Saaz hops balance out the coffee, chocolate and smooth malt attributes. The richness and hop nuances of this beer render our Negra IPA in a class of its own.
